Job summary

CCMC is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a gated Nevada HOA in Las Vegas. You will oversee assets, vendors, budgeting, and board relations to deliver a premier resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of onsite HOA or hospitality management, a bachelor's degree, and CAM certification or plan to obtain. You will guide teams, communicate with residents and boards, and drive compliance with governing documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onsite HOA or hospitality management required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• CAM license required within 90 days of hire in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with CCMC's mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources with fiscal oversight.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board, and staff.
• Develop risk management and long-term planning programs.
• Mentor onsite team and drive performance development.
• Advise the board on strategy and policy to improve resident experience.
• Engage residents through meetings and inclusive programs.
