Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Manager/Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, uphold community standards, and liaise with vendors and contractors in Henderson, NV. You will conduct inspections, provide homeowner education, and assist in design review processes to maintain active, well-governed communities.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with residents and committees.

Qualifications

• Leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience.
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role are preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with excellent telephone etiquette and customer service.
• Multi-tasker who is highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards as required by governing documents, CCMC contract, and laws.
• Conduct monthly inspections using online programs to track, document and notify homeowners of compliance issues weekly; ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about Association living and Deed Restrictions.
• Oversee projects as directed by the Community Manager and liaise with service contractors and vendors.
• Act as onsite contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives for collection of assessments.
• Work with the Design Review Committee in the Design Review process.
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact daily with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings.
