Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Henderson, NV seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations and uphold community standards. You will coordinate with residents, vendors, and committees to maintain safety and a high level of service.

The role involves inspections, compliance communications, and collaboration with attorneys and AR representatives. A strong customer-service mindset and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience.
• 2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; excellent telephone etiquette and customer service.
• A multi-tasker who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Proficient computer skills in Windows environment.
• Have a stable means of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Ability to work full-time with occasional after-hours and weekend work.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.
• CAM license preferred (Nevada within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections, track issues, and notify homeowners of compliance issues.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about Association living and Deed Restrictions.
• Oversee projects and liaise with contractors and vendors.
• Be the onsite contact for assessments and monitor payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with collection attorneys and AR representatives on assessments.
• Work with the Design Review Committee in the design review process.
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings.
