Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in event planning, community engagement, or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful resident experience programs that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, event management software, and other relevant technology tools.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing resident needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to achieving results.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive resident experience strategy aligned with brand image and goals.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for innovative programming.
• Establish KPIs to measure events and report ROI.
• Oversee the Resident Experience team and provide leadership and development.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and drive resident satisfaction.
• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of events aligned with resident preferences.
• Manage event logistics: budgeting, vendor selection, marketing, on-site execution.
• Ensure seamless events that exceed resident expectations.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and analyze data for improvements.
• Build strong resident relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Develop proactive communication about events, news, and updates.
• Escalate resident concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Develop and manage the Resident Experience budget and monitor performance.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for value and quality.
