Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a leasing or sales role, preferably multifamily.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments with enthusiasm, highlighting features for prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain understanding of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Process applications and track leases using property management software.
• Facilitate resident move-ins/move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Support resident retention through events and community activities.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and regulations.
