Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year multifamily leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents and address inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate resident events and activities to foster community engagement.
• Promote community participation in programs and events.
• Mediate and resolve resident disputes following company policies.
• Escalate issues to the Manager as needed.
• Maintain records of move-ins/outs and leasing data in the on-site system.
• Keep leasing office, tour path, and models ready for showings.
