Job summary

Havenpark Communities, a growing owner and operator of manufactured home communities across the U.S., seeks an Assistant Community Manager to help run day-to-day operations. You’ll support resident relations, collections, leasing, and work orders while learning from the Community Manager.

The role emphasizes hands-on community involvement, strong communication, and a proactive, team-first approach. Occasional travel may be required to support multiple communities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without being asked twice.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with a genuine desire to grow.
• Comfortable with office technology and spending time both at a desk and walking the community.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: be a visible, approachable presence in the community and address concerns with care.
• Collections: prepare resident bills and ensure rent is collected on time; execute notices per state law.
• Sales & Leasing Support: assist with move-ins and lease renewals and coordinate documentation.
• Work Order Management: oversee the work order process and provide status updates to residents and the team.
