Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Plano, TX is seeking a Manager, Resident Experience to lead initiatives that enhance lifestyle, communications, and customer service across CCMC communities. You will partner with the Director of Resident Experience to implement the residency experience strategy and drive measurable results.

This on-site role requires several years in community programming, communications, and team leadership, plus the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, hospitality, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community programming.
• 3+ years of experience with community facilities/amenities.
• 3+ years of experience in communications (newsletter publication, website administration, social media, etc.).
• 2+ years as a CCMC employee.
• Experience in sales, marketing, public relations, and promotions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Willingness to travel at least one week out of the month.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Resident Experience to support and implement elements of CCMC's Resident Experience strategy.
• Support the interaction between a CCMC community and the residents we serve.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate strategies for improving resident relationships and engagement.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, developing, and continuing education programs for onsite team members.
• Work with vendors to develop partnerships and discounts to benefit communities.
• Identify and implement best practices for community communications, amenities, and activities.
