• 3+ years of experience in community programming.
• 3+ years of experience with community facilities/amenities.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, including newsletter publication and social media.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement elements of CCMC's Resident Experience strategy.
• Develop strategies to improve resident relationships and engagement.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and continuing education programs.
