Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Manager, Resident Experience to lead OKRs and initiatives focused on a holistic resident experience through lifestyle, communications, and customer service. You will work closely with the Director of Resident Experience to implement strategies and engage residents across CCMC communities.

The role requires building strong relationships, coordinating education programs, and ensuring services remain consistent even during vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience with community programming in a large-scale master-planned community.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create content.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and respond with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement elements of CCMC's Resident Experience strategy.
• Foster interactions between CCMC communities and residents served.
• Develop and coordinate strategies to improve resident relationships and engagement.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and ongoing education for onsite teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop partnerships and discounts for communities.
• Identify best practices for communications, amenities, events, and partnerships.
• Provide on-site and remote support for vacancies to avoid lapses in service.
