Holiday by Atria is seeking an Engage Life Coordinator to develop and implement programs that enhance residents' active aging lifestyle. You will collaborate with residents to tailor activities, lead daily engagement plans, and promote a vibrant community life.

The role requires coordinating events, managing schedules, and supporting transportation and volunteers as needed, with a focus on inclusivity and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years coordinating events or activities.
• Proficient with MS Word/Outlook/Excel; capable on iPad/tablet.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Engage residents and connect them with activities and the community.
• Teach and lead exercises; assist with fitness equipment.
• Welcome new residents and promote inclusion within the community.
• Coordinate events, budgets, and decorate for seasons and holidays.
• Act as manager on duty and support transportation and volunteers as needed.
