Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Omaha, NE is seeking an Engage Life Coordinator to develop and implement programs for residents, enhancing active aging and joy in daily life.

You will lead Engage Life activities, recruit volunteers, coordinate events, and work with staff to ensure safety and satisfaction while staying within budgets. A friendly, organized communicator with a heart for service will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with standard office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Create activities that connect residents with others and the community.
• Teach and supervise exercises and fitness equipment use.
