Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to clearly present information through spoken words under varying conditions.
• Solid performance management skills with documentation and coaching experience.
• Demonstrated independent judgment to meet community goals.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and use technology (computer, iPad/Tablet, internet, email, social media).
• Driving responsibilities may be required, with valid driver’s license and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements programs of interest for residents to enhance their lives.
• Supervises Engage Life Program Instructors, volunteers, and drivers.
• Manages ARD tool, surveys, monthly event calendars, and move-in actions for Engage Life.
• Develops and approves community events based on resident interests.
• Publishes a monthly program calendar by the 1st of each month.
• Engages residents to drive participation and supports community growth.
• Participates in sales activities and local PR for positive publicity.
• Manages program budgets and schedules, and supervises personnel and vendors.
