Job summary

Atria Senior Living in the United States is seeking a program manager to develop and implement engaging activities for residents and to oversee the Engage Life program team, volunteers, and transportation staff.

You will manage calendars, coordinate events, support sales activities, and handle budgeting while ensuring safety and compliance. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication, leadership, and driving eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Clear communication under pressure with positive attitude and teamwork.
• Strong performance management; document and coach performance.
• Independent judgment to meet community goals.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements resident programs to enhance active aging lifestyles.
• Supervises Engage Life Instructors, volunteers, and drivers.
• Manages ARD, surveys, and monthly event calendar.
• Develops and publishes a monthly program calendar by the 1st of each month.
• Engages residents to promote participation and community growth.
• Participates in sales activities and local PR and publicity.
