Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the Engage Life program within a Philadelphia community. You will supervise instructors, volunteers, and drivers, coordinating engaging activities for residents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong communication, budgeting, and judgement. You will partner with corporate PR and sales, ensuring vibrant programming and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college; 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Clear verbal communication under stress; maintain positive attitude and team orientation.
• Able to use technology including computers, iPad/Tablet, Word, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements programs of interest and meaning to residents to enhance their lives.
• Manages and supervises the Engage Life Program Instructors (ELPI), volunteers, and drivers where applicable.
• Researches, evaluates, approves, develops and mods community events and programs per resident interests and the 8 Dimensions of Engagement.
• Publishes an engaging monthly program calendar by the 1st of every month and manages all Engage Life program aspects.
• Engages residents to drive participation and contributes to community growth through sales activities and PR.
