Foothills Retirement Community is seeking a motivated Resident Dining Room Supervisor to lead dining operations for residents. You will work with kitchen staff, servers, and management to deliver high-quality dining experiences and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train dining room staff.
• Ensure dining room is properly set up and maintained (tables, linens, silverware).
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Respond to resident concerns and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet residents' satisfaction with menu items.
• Assist with planning and executing special events (holiday/themed dinners).
