Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests; maintain a pleasant, clean dining environment.
• Oversee dining services staff in the absence of the Manager; ensure timely opening/closing and accurate room-service delivery.
• Plan daily menus in line with company standards and procedures; monitor safety and sanitation protocols.
