Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to oversee dining operations in a senior living facility. You will assist the Dining Room Manager, supervise dining staff during shifts, and ensure meals are served timely and presented well while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–2 years of related experience and a ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years related experience preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required (from the HTML).
• Ability to read and write English; communicate with residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with daily supervision of dining services associates.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the dining room; manage timely room-service deliveries and appetizing meals.
• Maintain a pleasant, clean dining environment; inspect work and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year certificate preferred
