Job summary

Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a Food Service Director to lead our dining program and ensure meals residents look forward to. You will plan menus, oversee kitchen and dining operations, and cultivate a team culture rooted in quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

You will manage menus meeting nutritional guidelines, staff scheduling, budgets, and training, while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Plan and oversee menus that meet nutritional guidelines while keeping meals appealing and satisfying for residents.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen and dining operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and state/federal regulations.
• Manage food and supply budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop dietary staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support resident care plans and special dietary needs.
