Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Remote Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategic management of resident internet, IoT, and connectivity initiatives across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to drive adoption, optimize performance, track KPIs, and deliver on schedule and budget while supporting a nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, PM, IT or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management or program management preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Connectivity (internet/IoT) program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners to maximize performance.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and report to leadership.
• Ensure standards, timelines, and budget compliance across projects.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to onsite teams.
• Manage vendor performance and contract adherence.
