Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a personable Concierge to greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and serve as the community’s first contact. You will maintain a welcoming front desk, assist residents and families, and support leaders with administrative tasks in a hospitality-focused environment.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, clear English communication, and reliable schedule adherence, with a pay range of $18.50–$19.50 per hour and a full-time, weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Age over 18 years.
• Background clearance as required by government regulations.
• Negative TB test results.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, write and read English.
• Ability to operate computer, necessary software programs (Word, email, Excel), scanners, copiers, and fax machines.
• Professional at all times with team members, residents, family, and visitors.
• Follow grooming and dress standards to present the best image.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones; relay messages and be the first contact for residents and guests.
• Maintain a neat front entrance, lobby, and reception areas.
• Ensure all visitors are welcomed warmly and assist as needed.
• Answer telephones within 3 rings with a courteous, scripted voice.
• Transfer calls or deliver messages accurately to the appropriate party.
• Monitor sign-in logs and report any suspicious activity to supervision.
• Sort and distribute mail and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Support department heads and Executive Directors in administrative functions.
