MBK Senior Living's Sky Ridge community is seeking a part-time Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and support front desk operations with a warm, professional demeanor.

This role requires high school diploma or GED, 18+, good English, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email), and the ability to lift 25 pounds while maintaining a friendly image and following MBK core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.
• Ability to operate basic computer software (Word, Excel, email).
• Experience with scanners, copiers, and fax machines.
• Professional grooming and appearance in line with MBK values.
• Background clearance as required by regulations; TB test results.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones, relay messages and provide first contact for residents.
• Maintain front entrance, lobby, and reception areas; ensure warm welcomes.
• Answer phones within 3 rings using a professional script.
• Sign in/out visitors and manage the logbook; report anything unusual.
• Support administrative duties for department heads and executive staff.
