Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Full Time Concierge to deliver exceptional service at the front desk. Schedule is Mon–Thu 3pm–11pm with a pay range of $19–$21 per hour, offering a rich benefits package and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused environment.

The Concierge will greet residents and guests, assist with tours and inquiries, handle calls, and support administrative tasks while ensuring safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a smooth experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly with courteous, accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Learn daily activities and services to share information proactively.
• Maintain safety and comply with regulations and company policies.
