Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• On-the-job training can be provided if the right aptitude and attitude exist.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & First Impressions: Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Customer Engagement: Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and creating a smooth, positive experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Communication Hub: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information or connecting callers with the appropriate team member.
• Resident & Family Support: Respond to questions and requests from residents and their families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety standards, policies, and procedures and understand regulatory requirements.
