Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and first impressions for residents, families, visitors, and prospects.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, tours, and creating a positive experience.
• Answer and direct calls promptly with accurate information.
• Assist residents and families, coordinating with other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and resident services to share information.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards and procedures.
• Understand and comply with regulations and company policies.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values within the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
