Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional, kind and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Independent decision-making when needed.
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity as required.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages, plants, prescriptions, etc. and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to concerns from residents, families and staff.
