Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide front desk service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Coordinate mail, messages, and packages.
• Communicate services with Resident Services and Maintenance.
• Assist with resident move-ins/outs and events.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email.
