You’ll manage the resident log, handle messages, coordinate doctor appointments, and assist with light administration such as copies and billing information, always with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar concierge/front desk role.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk with a professional demeanor.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
• Maintain a daily resident log and emergency information.
• Respond to emergency systems and take appropriate steps.
• Schedule residents' appointments and activities.
• Distribute written communications to the right recipients.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including copies and billing information.
