Qualifications

• Must have high school education or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must have experience in a clerical position.
• Recommended to have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Use proper telephone skills.
• Monitor safety of residents and property with cameras and alarms; respond to incidents.
• Complete incident reports and other communications.
• Maintain visitor sign-in/out book and guest room reservation log.
• Perform daily check-in procedures and maintain emergency contact information.
• Receive packages and manage deliveries.
• Maintain lobby appearance with fresh flowers and coffee service.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
