Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the information center for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The role includes supporting some computer processing duties as appropriate and maintaining a warm, welcoming lobby.

You will greet visitors, manage calls, direct inquiries, and assist with appointment books for doctor and beauty services, while acting as a concierge for residents and keeping the lobby clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone system and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors upon arrival.
• Manages phone calls and directs callers or answers questions promptly and politely.
• Offers refreshments to visitors when appropriate.
• Manages appointment books for doctor and beauty services.
• Acts as concierge for residents (taxi calls, utilities issues, newspaper deliveries).
• Keeps lobby area neat and uncluttered.
