Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Arlington, VA is seeking a PRN Team Member to greet residents, assist visitors and families, and support daily operations with a friendly, professional attitude.

You will answer calls, help with life safety responsibilities, process reports, receive deliveries, and collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent resident experiences. Prior admin or guest services experience and English communication are preferred; hourly pay starts at $18.50.

Qualifications

• Three months of related experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional and team‑oriented demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors and families.
• Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries.
• Monitor safety systems and report unusual activity.
• Process work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns with courtesy.
