Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism at our Arlington community. You will answer calls, route messages, and support the Sales team with inquiries while helping with move-in preparations and marketing materials.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
