Senior Lifestyle is seeking staff in Arlington, VA to assist residents, guests and vendors with a friendly, professional approach. The role supports safety, administrative tasks and resident satisfaction in a part-time, evening schedule.

Salary is $17 per hour with a Monday, Friday and rotating Saturday shift from 3 pm to 11 pm. Prior related experience is preferred; strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity as needed.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliveries and handle as requested.
• Maintain sign in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely response to concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
