Job summary

Comstock in Rockville, MD is seeking a concierge to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests. You will greet visitors, respond to questions, manage calls, and coordinate reservations for amenities, while keeping the building welcoming and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work holidays; flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service – Build rapport with tenants and exceed expectations.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading dock access.
• Perform daily building walks and assist with cleaning and reorganization.
• Perform other duties as needed.
