Comstock in Maryland is seeking a courteous Concierge to deliver exceptional guest and resident service, greet visitors, and provide personalized assistance with professionalism and warmth.

You will answer calls, coordinate amenity space reservations, assist with deliveries and directions, keep the lobby tidy, and support a safe, welcoming community. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service background preferred.
• Weekend availability required; ability to work holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing, energetic, credible, and trustworthy with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with stationery and brochures.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destination.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations, elevators and loading dock.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance or decor needs.
• Work scheduled shifts; perform other duties as needed.
