Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work holidays; flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• Self-motivated and high energy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Must be credible, trustworthy and operate with integrity.
• Positive, can-do attitude and drive for growth and innovation.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service – build rapport and go above and beyond.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary stationery and materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservation for amenity space, elevators, and loading dock.
• Conduct daily building walks, identify maintenance items, and tidy up as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
