Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend and holiday work required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing, energetic with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities and loading areas.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance items as needed.
• Work scheduled shifts and perform other duties as required.
