You will greet residents and visitors, handle calls, and coordinate deliveries, moves, and clubhouse readiness. You will maintain local-area knowledge to assist residents and coordinate with vendors and staff.

The role involves flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires physical readiness to stand, walk, and lift light loads while supporting a busy property environment.

Qualifications

• Front-desk presence greeting residents and guests.
• Answering and routing phone calls to team members.
• Maintaining schedules for deliveries, move-ins, and amenities.
• Knowledge of local area resources for residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area.
• Answer calls, route to the appropriate team member, and follow up.
• Manage loading dock and elevator schedules for moves.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready each morning.
• Handle packages and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Assist with scheduling resident activities and vendor contacts.
