Job summary

ZRS Management in Dallas seeks a friendly Concierge to warmly greet prospective residents and introduce services offered by the concierge. You will build rapport with residents and act as the Social Director for community events and activities.

You will also assist in coordinating monthly newsletters, arranging tours and referrals, and supporting Leasing Consultants while complying with Fair Housing policies and keeping the property well organized and welcoming for all residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed in busy environments.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly, professional greeting and introduce services to residents.
• Build rapport with residents and act as Social Director for events.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters with Property Manager approval.
• Assist Leasing Consultants with service requests and callbacks.
• Adhere to Fair Housing policies and participate in community events.
• Arrange tours, travel, packages, and referrals as directed.
