Job summary

The Resident Services Monitor role at FirstService Residential is based at the Anastasia Club and the Discovery Center in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. You will greet residents and guests, handle POS transactions, and follow emergency response and access control procedures while maintaining accurate daily logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Access Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, reports and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Knows, understands and informs Residents and Guests of adopted rules and regulations, and proper conduct
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and follows established safety procedures.
• Other duties as required.
