Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida seeks a resident services specialist to provide information and personal services to residents, manage requests, and coordinate vendor access to units.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule covering weekends and weekdays as listed. This is a full-time exempt position with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses with concentration in Business or Hospitality desirable.
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs; answers questions; develops inventories of services.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Helps residents establish accounts and schedules access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
• Plans and coordinates services for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, accommodations, rentals, gifts, sporting events, transportation, meetings, and courier services.
• Anticipates services by understanding residents’ mood and preferences and developing itineraries.
• Organizes social events and plans services.
• Improves services by collecting resident feedback.
• Maintains guest privacy and reputation by keeping information confidential.
