Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Services Monitor in Saint Augustine, FL. This part-time, non-exempt role involves greeting residents, handling guest access, and performing sales transactions via POS while following safety procedures.

You will monitor emergency systems, maintain logs, and resolve issues with strong communication and multitasking skills. Some travel may be required for events and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and time management.
• Monitors Emergency Response System and access control.
• Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees.
• Maintains daily logs, records and forms.
• Resolves and follows up on complaints and issues.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
