Job summary

Thrive Communities seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee finances, leasing, and on-site operations for a Seattle property. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and familiarity with Yardi/CRM tools.

A Notary license is required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire, and CAM certification is preferred. The position is in person, full-time, with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• Notary license is required or obtainable within 3 months of hire.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight: assist in budgets, ensure rents are posted, oversee invoices and month-end reporting.
• Personnel & leadership: hire, train, supervise on-site staff; bi-annual performance reviews.
• Administrative/Office/Compliance: maintain lease files, audits, reports and trainings.
• Resident relations: maintain positive customer service, handle move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintenance: walk property, coordinate with maintenance, oversee vendor communications.
• Marketing/Leasing: stay aware of market conditions, greet prospective residents, respond to inquiries.
• Safety and risk management: report incidents, ensure PPE use and safety trainings.
• General: collaborate with home office, follow policies, and perform additional duties as assigned.
