CRM Residential is seeking a Certification Specialist to support our property operations. You will manage resident certifications, coordinate with leasing and management, and ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC programs, while maintaining accurate files and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with certification processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Resident selection and orientation per policy.
• Assist leasing of vacant apartments in a timely manner.
• Timely recertification and interim recertifications per HUD/LIHTC.
• Maintain waiting list and update records in the computer.
• Assist with development of property goals and objectives.
• Maintain resident files per Occupancy Manual.
• Process daily office duties and handle requests.
• Open the office on time and manage daily work orders.
• Process applications for eligibility with supporting documents.
• Send billing notices and greet visitors; respond to calls.
