Job summary

CARE Communities seeks a Property Operations & Leasing Coordinator to join our team in Fort Collins, CO, supporting resident-centered operations across our affordable housing communities.

This role combines leasing and applicant processes, resident and property communications, and day-to-day Property Operations workflows to deliver a responsive experience for residents and applicants. It is a full-time onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience; affordable housing or property management background a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for leasing inquiries, applicant workflows, waitlists, and move-in coordination.
• Coordinate resident communications related to maintenance, unit access, inspections, rehabilitation, and other property needs.
• Maintain accurate applicant, resident, leasing, waitlist, and property records and documentation.
• Assist with compliance audits, file reviews, property inspections, and related documentation.
• Support administrative processes related to move-ins, move-outs, post-move-out activities, unit turns, collections, and other Property Operations activities.
• Track deadlines, documentation, and key activities across multiple operational processes.
