Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community in Colorado. You will supervise staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, marketing, resident relations, and emergency management. You will implement resident retention programs and coordinate with the regional team to meet goals and deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to manage on-site software functions and leasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and regular onsite attendance.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, and timely reporting of financials.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
