Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Denver, CO. You will support property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure financial accuracy. This role builds on leasing and marketing experience for a career in property management.

You will collect rent, post invoices, and assist with financial reporting while mentoring the leasing team and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience.
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports
• Complete bank deposits and account reconciliations
• Use Yardi software for property accounting
• Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
• Mentor leasing team and support Community Manager
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws
