Job summary

Catholic Housing Services in Washington state is seeking a compassionate Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across affordable housing communities. The role supervises onsite staff, collaborates with maintenance and supportive services, and ensures a safe, compliant, and resident-focused environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive benefits and a hourly compensation range of $29.15–$31.48, DOE.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of on-site property management experience including supervising others.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to utilize property management software.
• Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize and follow through to task completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a valid Washington driver’s license, insurance and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and supervise onsite staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supportive services teams to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial processes, and rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with housing requirements and funder obligations.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain a high standard of customer service.
