Avanath Capital is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lease, market, and manage positive resident relations within our communities. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, prospect qualification, and collaboration with management to ensure smooth move-ins.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales or customer relations, knowledge of Yardi Voyager, and flexibility for evenings or weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable for diverse resident interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Record visits and manage guest cards; update availability and process applications.
• Ensure apartment readiness for move-in on scheduled date and follow up with prospects.
• Assist in renewals; monitor leases and renewals for bonus purposes.
• Maintain accurate tenant files and input data into Yardi.
