Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.
• Full-time with rotating weekday hours; 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturdays and Sundays required

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of different apartment unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
• Close the sale of new apartment homes to prospective residents
• Prepare lease paperwork and obtain move-in keys
• Enter information into internal resident database
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns
• Plan and participate in resident functions and activities
• Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property
